SHIPMENTS

All of our products are made on demand. Each manufacturing process is handmade and begins once someone orders the jewel, and not before. For this reason, our approximate delivery time is 3 weeks from order confirmation. At all times we will inform you of the status of your jewel until it reaches your hands.

Shipping cost:

The transport agency will make up to 2 attempts to deliver the package to the address indicated in the order. In the event of not being able to contact the recipient after 2 delivery attempts, the package will remain at the destination delegation for a maximum of 6 days from the date of the last delivery attempt, so that the recipient can pick it up at the delegation. After those 6 days and, in the event that the recipient has not gone through the delegation to pick up the package, it will be returned to our facilities.

In the event that after the 2 delivery attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse because the agency has not located the client, the same client will be the one who assumes the shipping costs again.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not offer a return service as these are made-to-order pieces. If you have any questions about our jewels, please contact us by email at info@antiqua.store and we will try to resolve them before you buy the jewel. Remember that you are acquiring something for life.

If you want to change the size, please contact us and we will tell you how to proceed. The size change is included in the final price, so the customer will not assume any additional cost. The size change period is approximately one week.
