All our products are made to order. Each manufacturing process is handcrafted and begins once someone orders the jewel, and not before. For this reason, our approximate delivery time is 3 weeks from the confirmation of the order. We will inform you at all times of the status of your jewel until it reaches your hands.

The transport agency will make up to 2 attempts to deliver the package to the address indicated in the order. If the recipient cannot be contacted after 2 delivery attempts, the package will remain at the destination branch for a maximum of 6 days from the date of the last delivery attempt, so that the recipient can pick it up at the branch. After these 6 days have passed, and if the recipient has not picked up the package at the branch, it will be returned to our facilities.
In the event that after 2 delivery attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse because the agency has not located the customer, the customer will again be responsible for the shipping costs.
RETURNS
We regret that we do not offer a return service as these are pieces made to order. If you have any questions about our jewellery, please contact us by email at info@antiqua.store and we will try to resolve them before you buy the jewellery. Remember that you are purchasing something for life.
If you wish to change the size, please contact us and we will tell you how to proceed. The change of size is included in the final price, so the customer will not assume any additional costs. The time to change the size is approximately one week.
