The first consultation is free. We meet to hear your idea and answer your questions, with no commitment.
If you decide to move forward, the bespoke design has a flat cost of €650, paid when you confirm the process. It includes:
- Design of several proposals based on your idea.
- Presentation meeting, approximately one and a half weeks after confirming the process. We go through each proposal together, gathering your feedback. You'll receive:A PDF with all proposals in detail — quotes and specifications.Computer-generated 3D images of each proposal so you can review them in detail.
- Presentation of the chosen final design, with all agreed changes applied. You'll receive a PDF with the complete definition of the final piece: design, 3D images, measurements, materials and price.
- Visit to our showroom or video call to select the stones.
- Full follow-up via WhatsApp, phone or video call to resolve questions and refine the design throughout the whole process.
Once the design and final price are confirmed, we move on to crafting the piece in our workshop, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 20 working days, and a 30 % payment of the agreed price is made. The remaining 70 % is paid upon delivery or before shipping. In the case of shipping, we will send video and photos of the piece before payment so you can confirm everything is correct.
1. The consultation (free, no commitment)
We start the process with a 15–30 minute video call.

In this first conversation, we'll ask you to gather as much information as possible: inspiration images, sketches, references, stones, colours, etc. Anything that helps us clearly understand your idea. We'll also need to know if you have an estimated budget.
We'll create a shared folder where both parties can add content that reflects the style we're aiming for.
2. Confirmation of the process · design fee (€650)
If you decide to move forward, the €650 bespoke design fee is paid. From this moment we start working on your piece and support you with full follow-up until we reach the final design.
3. Presentation of proposals and final design
We prepare several proposals based on your idea. You'll receive a detailed PDF with all of them (specifications, jewellery quote, materials) and computer-generated 3D images of each one.
We meet — in person at our Madrid showroom or by video call — to present them and decide on the final direction. A second 3D round with the agreed modifications is included to close the final design.
The estimated time to receive the first proposals is approximately one and a half weeks from the design payment.
Throughout the entire process, we will be available by phone or WhatsApp to answer any questions and keep you informed of the progress.
4. Production of the piece · 30 % payment
Once the final design is approved, 30 % of the piece's price is paid and production begins.
The estimated time is 20 working days. In exceptional cases, we can adapt timings to meet special dates, though we always recommend sticking to the standard timeframe to guarantee the best result.
5. Delivery of the piece · remaining 70 % payment
Before delivery, the remaining 70 % of the piece's price is paid.
If you come to the showroom, you'll be able to review the piece in person before the final payment. If you prefer private courier shipping, we'll send you detailed videos and photos so you can clearly see the result before proceeding with payment and shipping.
Whether in-store pick-up or home delivery, you'll receive your piece in our exclusive packaging, accompanied by our certificate of guarantee.
We also offer the option of including a handwritten note to make your gift even more special, whether for yourself or the lucky recipient.
