How to get the ring size right?

To find your exact size, you should measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you well on the same finger. Note that there can be up to four sizes different between fingers on the same hand.

We recommend, if possible, that you come to our office or a nearby jewelry store to have your size measured.

Where is the jewelry made?

Our philosophy is centered on traditional and local craftsmanship, which is why all our jewelry is 100% manufactured in Spain, specifically in Madrid, using traditional processes.

Can jewelry be engraved?

Yes! Engraving is an additional cost of €20, and since it's done in a different workshop, the manufacturing process takes 3-4 days.

If you ultimately decide to go ahead with this, you can place your order through the website and indicate the engraving you'd like in the notes section. The additional cost can be paid via bank transfer.

Do you offer customization?

Yes! All of our designs can be customized. We also offer the option of creating your own custom jewelry.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards, and they arrive immediately via email. You can print them or pick them up at our office. Our gift cards can be used for any product and do not expire.

Showroom

Where can I see the jewelry in person?

We have a showroom in Madrid where you can come and see and try on all the jewelry on our website. Remember that we don't have stock and all pieces are custom-made, so you can't buy it directly there, but you can place an order.

What happens if I can't attend the days/time slots available for appointments?

How can I see the jewelry if I don't live in Madrid?

We offer online appointments for those who can't come in person to view the jewelry. You can book yours here .

Exchanges and returns

What happens if I get the wrong ring size?

The first size exchange is included in the final price, so the customer will not bear any additional costs. If you would like to exchange your size, please contact us and we will tell you how to proceed.

What is the delivery time for jewelry?

All our products are made to order. Each manufacturing process is handcrafted and begins once someone orders the jewelry, and not before.

For this reason, our approximate delivery time is 3 weeks from order confirmation. We will keep you informed of the status of your jewelry until it reaches you.

Do you accept returns?

Non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. They must be sent to our showroom in Madrid in their original condition, with all documents and the packaging they were received in. Once our team reviews them, we will process the refund using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Products that have been modified, such as those with changes to the gold color or center stone, will be considered personalized. This also includes products with unique details such as engravings. These products can be adjusted without issue, but will not be accepted for returns.

We cannot refund commissions, duties, or import taxes on international shipments.

Do I receive any kind of guarantee with the jewelry?

All jewelry comes with our own certificate, which offers a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on all our products. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to all countries in the European Union.

Materials

What material are the jewelry made of?

All of our jewelry is made with solid 18-karat gold. Our white gold pieces are also solid 18-karat gold with a rhodium coating.

We offer the option of making jewelry in platinum; please contact us for details.

Are diamonds natural? And stones?

All our diamonds are natural and certified. Each of our jewelry pieces comes with its own certificate, and diamonds weighing over 0.30 ct include a certificate from the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or the Antwerp Diamond Council (HRD).

What is the quality of your diamonds?

We always use the highest quality diamonds for our jewelry. G color, VS clarity, excellent cut

Our warranty has no expiration date. Your jewelry is forever and we will take care of any necessary repairs.
