SHIPPING
All our products are made to order. Each manufacturing process is handcrafted and begins once someone orders the jewelry, and not before. For this reason, our approximate delivery time is three weeks from order confirmation. We will keep you informed of the status of your jewelry at all times until it reaches you.

The shipping agency will make up to two delivery attempts to the address indicated in the order. If the recipient cannot be contacted after two delivery attempts, the package will remain at the destination branch for a maximum of six days from the date of the last delivery attempt, so that the recipient can pick it up at the branch. After these six days, if the recipient has not picked up the package at the branch, it will be returned to our facilities.
If, after two delivery attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse because the agency has not located the customer, the customer will again be responsible for the shipping costs.
SIZE CHANGES
If you'd like to exchange your size, please contact us and we'll tell you how to proceed. Size exchanges are included in the final price, so there's no additional cost to the customer. The turnaround time for size exchanges is approximately one week.

RETURNS
Non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. You must return them to our Madrid showroom in intact condition and with all the documents and packaging they came in. Once reviewed by our team, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used to place the order.
Any products that are modified by changing the gold color, center stone, or size will be considered personalized. This is also true for any items with unique details such as initials or engravings. These products can be adjusted without issue, but cannot be returned.
We are unable to refund import duties or taxes on international shipments.
